Hashmatullah Hayat
Hashmatullah Hayat is a humanitarian and development professional with more than 15 years of experience in program management, organizational leadership, and strategic partnerships. He has successfully led and managed multi-million-dollar projects funded by international donors, including UNICEF, USAID, WFP, GIZ, the British Embassy, the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives, and other development partners. He is the Founder and Managing Director of ZAAR Foodstuff Trading LLC in the United Arab Emirates, the Co-Founder of Kabul Delhi Baghban, and a Partner at Afghan Baghban Dry Fruit Hub, a company registered in India. Through these business ventures, he is actively engaged in the processing, export, and international trade of premium Afghan marble, natural stone, dried fruits, nuts, saffron, spices, and other agricultural products. His work focuses on connecting Afghan producers with global markets while promoting sustainable economic growth and value-added exports.
